     This is my first Windows configuration utility.  I saw the
     need, and I hope it comes in handy for you.  If you like

     To install PMCU execute the SETUP program from within 
     Windows.  For complete information about the Program Manager 
     Configuration utility, please see the PMCU.WRI file installed 
     with PMCU!
